Just another disclaimer that my efforts are focused on producing the creamiest DAIRY based sweet cream ice cream and dairy based pistachio gelato. Low fat, non-dairy, vegan, and sugar free ice creams and gelatos are a whole other beast that I am sure someone else is obsessed with tackling.
Anyway if you or one of your friends is thinking about making ice cream at home or just started, this might be a helpful resources to share and bookmark, as I will continue to make updates to it.
