I will continue reviewing recipes until I come across the perfect one and/or create my own.

My goal is to create a home kitchen Fior di latte that resembles something you would eat in an Italian gelateria. A task that is technically impossible because of the various limitations of home kitchens but when has that ever stopped me before.
