honored to be mentioned in this gorgeous post. but this goes beyond me, and beyond emily as well and beyond people as a whole, she exemplifies it through her experience with grief, her fight with the pain but eventually letting it hold her hand and holding its hand. a symbiosis that’s never fully realized but something that’s a work in progress, a road being paved, and sights to see. maybe some of the sights even being the pieces, places, people of those that will eternally love us. emily is easily one of my favorite writers and this piece is just.. incredible, celestial, beautiful. thank you for sharing this🤍🖤
