Faith — Christ does not require of us epistemological certitude about His divinity. Rather He tells us to come and follow him. He invites us to action. Indeed, in almost all fields of importance, the demand for certainty can be an excuse to avoid action. What really matters in the areas of greatest importance is action. Of course truth and evidence matter, but it is the deed that shapes our path.
