It's jazz, really.⁠ If I had to sum up my experiences with the Allman Brothers Band, it would be that I can't put my feet on the ground when I'm around them and still feel safe because they always keep me off balance. ⁠Even though they have been together for a long time, I still can't predict from day to day or from song to song just exactly what they might do or what is going to happen on any given number. It's like a 'Hey, how do you feel today?' kind of process.
