I think we’ve collectively forgotten that life is supposed to feel good. Between the heartbreaking headlines, feeling the need to fight back but also feeling so helpless, and all the exhaustion that comes with the weight of the world, it’s no surprise that we’ve forgotten joy. But what if we allowed life, for a moment, to feel genuinely good? Not just productive or impressive. Not just “on track.” But actually…enjoyable. Slow. Sensory. Like we actually stop and smell the roses, and gratitude becomes second nature.
