I find it difficult to digest eastern teachings. Whether it’s a language barrier or a difference in mindset, I tend to have a lot of trouble with it. What’s most interesting is that sometimes, the results that are being sketched out are the same as the results I’ve achieved, but in a method I would describe as the complete opposite of the method I’m hearing in the teaching. It’s fascinating how self-discovery journeys on different paths can converge in the end.
