Is it just my observation or are people not being their best selves right now?

It is hard to blame them with the investor pressure, layoffs, and difficulty driving revenue.

I am seeing more finger-pointing, assumption of ill-will, and lack of compassion at a time when we should be offering more grace, support, and understanding.
