Thanks, Josh! I appreciate that. I can’t say I always remember to lead with “what” — the habit of using “why” is pretty deeply ingrained. But I’ve started catching myself. When I hear myself say “why,” I try to pause and ask if “what” is really the better choice for discovery.

I’m going to say something that shouldn’t be controversial but will be. If you are a Christian, you can support border control and immigration being legal vs illegal. You CANNOT celebrate deportations and get off on the cruelty, and be a real Christ follower. Period

FDA OKs remdesivir for patients with severe renal impairment

Gilead Sciences' Veklury, or remdesivir, was approved by the FDA for the treatment of COVID-19 in patients undergoing dialysis and suffering from severe renal impairment. The approval makes Veklury the first antiviral drug to be approved for use in patients across all stages of kidney disease.
