sometimes i wonder how many versions of myself i’ve outgrown without even noticing. i look back at old photos and remember the thoughts i used to carry, the dreams i thought would save me. it’s strange how you can live inside yourself every day and still not realize you’re evolving. it’s only when you look back that you realize how far you’ve come, how many lives you’ve already lived in the same skin.
When my needs go unmet,
I’m reminded: God didn’t design a person, place, or title to fulfill me.
He designed my soul to need Jesus.
So if you’re discouraged today by unmet needs,
Maybe you’re not being punished—maybe you’re being invited.
Invited to need the only One who never fails.
If that’s you—
You need to meet my Jesus.
Best mental reset I’ve learned:
If your mind is loud — Write.
If your mind is empty — Read.
If your mind is racing — Walk.
If your mind is tired — Sleep.
If your mind is sharp — Build.
Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.
You always own your intellectual property, mailing list, and subscriber payments. With full editorial control and no gatekeepers, you can do the work you most believe in.
Be bored more often.
Go for long walks. Meditate. Journal your thoughts. Read new books. Spend time alone without devices. You would get to understand yourself a lot much better. Your brain gets the best ideas when it is left to wander.
In those quiet moments, you'll uncover clarity and inspiration that can't be found in constant stimulation.

New England Journal of Medicine (a BIG, highly respected medical journal) just published their findings on their studies and stated that the 'immunity' lasts approx 2 months. Natural God given immunity lasts a lifetime.
LOl, none of us needed a study to tell us our natural immunity is superior-all the animals, us included, have relied on this for thousands of years and these dolts are wasting money on another study. good grief.
