I agree with most of this but have to disagree with the need for vegetables. For starters, they don't want to be eaten and they defend against predators with anti-nutrients. Animal sourced foods can meet all your nutritional needs without the hazards of anti-nutrients.

Need to read this book... "The China Study" by T. Colin Campbell and Thomas M. Campbell II, based on the China-Cornell-Oxford Project, suggests a strong link between diets high in animal products and chronic diseases, advocating for a whole-food, plant-based diet for optimal health.
