I think people fail at rebranding themselves because they don’t fully embody the new identity.

The idea of being the “it girl”, with a great job, hobbies, beauty, and side income sounds appealing until you realize what it actually means doing.

It means giving up habits like doomscrolling, eating in a way that supports your body, maintaining your skin and hair within your means, putting yourself out there instead of waiting for opportunities, and being willing to fail sometimes because failures are just detours.

Embodiment is less “main character energy” and more “small, unsexy repetitions until it becomes you.”… which is not what the mainstream content around it tells you.
