Regardless of RFK Jr being confirmed as HHS secretary, I will continue to provide evidence based health education on social media. We need more helpers now more than ever.
I’m no constitutional law scholar, but shouldn’t the Democratic members of congress be filing for restraining orders to stop each of the illegal (meaning contrary to the constitution or federal statutes) acts of Trump or his proxies? Why are they leaving it to the states and individual citizens?

Trump and Vance beclowned themselves in their meeting with Zelenskyy. They came across as weak, petty little bullies. Zelenskyy’s position will now be strengthened around the globe while America continues to sink further and further into disrepute.

Note to self:
The first draft is to make it exist.
The second draft is to make it functional.
The third draft is to make it effective.
Leaving this here for next time I’m halfway through a piece, staring vacantly at the page and slowly losing my grip on reality.
So what do you do when you’re losing the thread at the end of Draft 1? Do you furiously finish to get to Draft 2? Or do you leave it unfinished and then come back to it later?
Phone a friend. When you try to describe what the problem is to someone else, you usually end up articulating your next steps.

The fourth draft is to make it perfect
The fifth draft is to realize it’ll never be perfect
The sixth draft is to go crazy
The seventh draft is to know it’s ok it isn’t perfect
What about the last draft?
And the fourth and final draft is to make it funny
Yes! The draft you write when you realise you've given yourself the ick with your earnestness
This is useful to get another person’s perspective.
The second draft is typically when I consider burning it, but I can see why functionality might be preferred over fire.
It’s a choice.
I’m in the second draft of life..

I spent all day writing my latest post. Like, I literally started writing it today at 10am today and hit ‘publish’ two hours ago. Nothing like the end of the month and an arbitrary publishing goal to make it happen.
Anyway, now it’s too late to join the Friday night plans I had with friends, so I’m just going to curl up in bed and catch up on the 30+ saved posts in my queue. Honestly, ideal.
