How to Feed a Dictator, directed by Andrew Neel, is a deeply disturbing and profound film about the personal chefs of dictators. The documentary was screened at the Tribeca Film Festival, where I spoke about it on a panel with Neel, cinematographer Ethan Parker, and Witold Szablowski, author of the book on which the film was based.
