Breakfast today with nutrient-density as the number one priority: skyr yoghurt, a tablespoon of Organised for grassfed collagen, organs and colostrum, blueberries, raw honey and salt, and a raw egg yolk (first time).

Verdict: couldn’t taste the yolk much - a plus for me - and felt pretty fantastic all morning!!
