I’m delighted to share that my friend and cookbook colleague Elinor Hutton & I have started a podcast called SALT PIG, which is inspired by our long, animated conversations about what and how we actually cook at home.

Our first episode is about leftovers and food waste and expiration dates — what to do (if anything) with leftover cranberry sauce, potentially expired milk, and the 2 tablespoons of leftover biryani.
