Selling a vertical SaaS business isn’t just about revenue, it’s about knowing which buyer you’re actually building for.

Growth equity wants scale and strong retention. Private equity wants scale, efficiency, and upside. Strategics want fit. Entrepreneurs want smaller, profitable assets they can grow.
