Ladies, did you know that your energy needs are higher in the luteal phase?
It's true! In the second half of your cycle, after ovulation, your RMR (resting metabolic rate) rises slightly and usually you'll need about ~150-200 more calories than in the follicular phase.
So, when think you have cravings, you may just need more food.
