I seriously think they plot everything out decades in advance. Actually, I know they do--there's a video with Colonel Fletcher Prouty who was a cargo pilot in WW2 and he says he saw them setting up for the Korean and Vietnam wars BEFORE WW2 was even over, which made him question who gave that order and then he realized that there was a behind-the-scenes ruling elite power that was in control. Well, fwiw, I first learned about game theory from Jeff Gates author of "Guilt by Association: How Deception and Self-Deceit Took America to War" though I read that book years ago and can't remember if he wrote about it in that book, or just talked about it in interviews.
