Here’s a great poem.
There’s real pulse in this. It feels personal without trying to explain itself too much, and that restraint helps. The short lines give it breath, almost like someone speaking to themselves right before they finally stop holding back.
What stays with me most is the shift from pain to self-claiming. “I want to go, not away, deeper into myself” is strong, and so is the ending. It doesn’t beg to be understood. It just draws a line.
I also like how the Persian phrases sit inside the poem. They give it intimacy, identity, and weight. They make it feel closer to the body, closer to origin.
And the line about becoming “a little dangerous, a little honest, a little too much” is very good. It carries defiance without trying to look tough. It sounds like someone getting nearer to their real voice.
