“Rolling in the Deep” was the first single from Adele’s second album, 21, and it was written and produced by Adele herself together with British producer Paul Epworth, already known for his work with Bloc Party, Florence and the Machine, and for his involvement in Everything Is New by Jack Peñate, a friend of Adele’s.
