Beautiful short poem.

Very gentle and full of care. What comes through most is kindness, the wish to help, to mend, to stay close to someone through damage and change. That gives the poem warmth.

I also like the softness of the language. It feels tender without becoming weak. Quiet, hopeful, and sincere.
