Europe has finally taken action over the war, apparently by deciding that the people who had nothing to do with it should move less, drive less, travel less, transport less, and quietly shrink their lives on command. In other words, stay home, pay the bill, and keep funding the same idiots who will then go on television to explain why staying home, paying more, and having less is now your great contribution to civilization.
