The Boston Herald reported in their story MIAA comments on viral Massachusetts girls basketball game after player injury ignites transgender debate, 2/22:

“The MIAA has been made aware of an incident at a girls’ basketball game between Collegiate Charter School of Lowell and KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate,” the MIAA said in a statement on Thursday. “The MIAA continues to serve as a resource to its member schools as they navigate the facts of the matter at the local level,” the state athletic association added.

It has also been reported that a game scheduled for 2/23 between KIPP Academy the Collegiate Charter School of Lowell has been canceled “after reported death threats related to a biological male player on KIPP’s girls team..,” see link below.
