I’ve been thinking about this song for a while now.

I wrote it back in 2015 when my world was slowly crumbling due to illness.

I felt like something out there had stopped listening to me and I pictured this drunk, fallen angel, who was so upset with the world that he had given up and had begun to unravel.

Maybe he didn’t feel listened to either?
