My dad has been cooking Chinese food for over 50 years. I always dreamed of preserving his recipes.. not just for the world, but for my three kids.
So in 2020, we launched Made With Lau with a single video: Mapo Tofu. Since then, it’s grown into something beyond our wildest dreams. Today, we help millions of people cook the Chinese dishes they love and reconnect with our culture in the process.
We’re excited to bring that same love and energy to Substack. We can’t wait to share it all with you :)
