Rufos and Lindsays of this world will tell you that civil rights are a wonderful thing, and that they just need to be properly enforced (which wasn’t a thing since its very origin) - meanwhile, 70%-ish of lawyers in civil rights division quit when they tried enforcing them more neutrally, and they haven’t been able to replace them - what does it say about civil rights and liberalism? You’d think there’d be liberal lawyers willing to jump at the opportunity, people who agree with Rufos and Lindsays - where are they?

It’s almost like they live in a world that doesn’t exist, much like libertarians
