Perimenopause can make your body feel different, your recovery feel different, your confidence wobble. So I stopped treating movement like punishment and started treating it like support.
My non negotiables this week:
1. Two strength days so my joints feel held
2. A protein anchor so I actually recover
3. A nervous system reset so my brain stops time traveling
Then we can talk supplements if we want, but the basics come first
You don’t need to earn care. You need to practice it.
