Stretching it a little, Steve. Fauci, prior to Covid, like every other sane scientist and doctor in the world knew that the immune response mounted to an viral infection provided robust immunity to that specific illness that far exceeds any vaccination, making subsequent vaccination moot.
FB is just rapidly marking anything that remotely comes near that topic as 'false information' in order to re-educate the public in the doctrine of Covid, which is a bastardization of science in service of the Pharma agenda.
I get what you are trying to do, I'd just be more focused on "They are making it up as they go, denying known scientific facts when those facts contradict their current political agenda. This is neither scientific nor factual, it's an example of propaganda techniques used to 're-educate' the public."
Re-education and the dumbing down of the population through propaganda is the story.
