For my divas who get stuck because they feel like they can’t meet their own expectations—it’s not all or nothing, it’s all or SOMETHING!!!
If you are stressed because you can only do one of the ten somethings on your to-do list, do the ONE SOMETHING and let it be OKAY. It’s sooo much better and builds way more self trust than feeling frozen and giving up on yourself
