2) ๐‘๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž-๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐จ๐›๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ŸŽฏ - executing strategy is all about prioritizing your limited resources against unlimited opportunities (quoting Alex Hormozi). For the last seven years, I have been doing prioritization exercises with my teams (framework inside). You can do anything, but you cannot do everything. Choose carefully.

3) ๐Œ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐š ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž ๐Ÿค and overdeliver on it - positioning makes such a massive difference. You can have the best product in the world, but if you present it in the wrong manner, it will fail to live its full potential. Double down on UVP (your promise to the customer) and make sure you believe this.
