Follow this universal logic to supercharge your GTM:

2) ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐-๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐จ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฌ ๐ฏ - executing strategy is all about prioritizing your limited resources against unlimited opportunities (quoting Alex Hormozi). For the last seven years, I have been doing prioritization exercises with my teams (framework inside). You can do anything, but you cannot do everything. Choose carefully.
3) ๐๐๐ค๐ ๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ ๐ค and overdeliver on it - positioning makes such a massive difference. You can have the best product in the world, but if you present it in the wrong manner, it will fail to live its full potential. Double down on UVP (your promise to the customer) and make sure you believe this.
