A photographer friend of mine showed me that he sometimes shoots in black & white so that he can better focus on composition and lighting. The RAW image can still be color. On this trip to Mexico I’ve dedicated one of my three cameras to testing this out and I’m loving it. These samples are straight from the camera. My favorite thing is how the subject becomes even more of a focus in the frame. -Thomas
