Taking notes, answering questions, and reflecting on themes present in The Deofel Quartet (Quintet), as described in Hostia, has been a highly revealing and helpful experience for me on my spiritual path, and I cannot possibly recommend it enough. It has encouraged me to connect many of my individual pieces of understanding together in ways that would not have occurred to me otherwise, and I feel very strongly that this interconnected web of knowledge will be of great value to me (and anyone else who employs this practice) in the future.
