This is a lady who just turned in the first full draft of her book manuscript about diet culture in medicine!!!!!! And also a lady who has been listening to Super Kitties all morning while home with a sick kid.

When I was in college, I was a terrible procrastinator and pulled all-nighters all the time.

That does not work for 1) book writing or 2) being a mom.
