I understand the dangers of radical Islam and the terrorists in its thrall. They are criminals and should be treated and prosecuted as such. I also understand there are a substantially larger number of innocent human beings simply trying to live their ordinary lives with malice toward none, and it is the abstracting language of propagandists that swindles the public into sacrificing themselves for menticidal slogans like “fight, submit or die.”
