My thoughts exactly, Marilyn. Everything Heather says is true— but the chances of this clear, persuasive info getting within range of those who need to hear it are about nil. Recalling the old saw, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink,” I’d say that we’re in the grim position of not even being able to lead the horse anywhere….and not only can we not get him to the water, he’s determined to bite!
