Want another reason to replace Amazon? My neighbor’s dog died and she notified Chewy, where she had autoship. Chewy canceled the autoship without her having to figure it out, refunded her for her last delivery, and contacted a local florist and sent her sympathy flowers. Amazon would NEVER.
