I made…bad breakfast today…at least my blueberry sauce/syrup saved the day. My Bustelo coffee was way to bitter. Let it sit way to long. I don't have enough pots so sometimes one pot is used to make 2 different things: coffee and blueberry sauce/syrup.

Was thinking about my newsletter: marieshadows.substack.c…. Was thinking of adding a section called JCW Lunacy, to give them a spotlight. NJPW section isn't really up to date; and right now it's bare bones. It doesn't matter if Ospreay is coming back to wrestle in a tag match with United Empire. Don't get me started on a team that should be disbanded or at least the group leader should be my buddy Henare.

Anyway, I have a video on my notes about JCW Lunacy eps 1-5 with some ending lessons from it. My goal is still to help wrestlers improve, and eventually have some become my clients so I can review their matches and give feedback. I've done this on twitch for a good while; and worked with Big Bad Kaiju O’Shay Edwards, giving him a 17 min video breakdown.

That's why Tape Study Series is important to me, and important to the business because there isn't enough good coaches out there to help these wrestlers exceed or at least bounce ideas off of. Not sure if we have wrestlers on Substack.

So yeah, was thinking of that.
