social media is a brilliant tool to connect and create a business.

But the line between it being a tool that serves you and your mission, or consumes most of the moments of your life, is VERY thin.

The data is unequivocal… If you do not gain control over your use of social media and screens, it will run your life, impact your relationships, impact your health… And the challenge with all of that… It’ll be normal. Because everyone is addicted.

It is necessary, if we want to be healthy, and use these tools in a productive way, that we gain control and discernment over how we use them.

Otherwise, they will use us, and we won’t like what they come up with.
