If I were to give my kids one piece of advice, it would be to be in charge of their own health.
Trust your innate intuition. Your gut instinct.
Do not outsource your health to anyone, no matter how educated, credentialed, or touted as an expert.
And never ever blindly trust a doctor, drug company, or health authority.
There is nothing wrong with you, its not your bad genes. It's your environment, polluted water, air, and soil, along with non native EMF and other toxins that make you mostly sick.
