There are times when intensity is the answer, of course. It isn't all of the time. Dosing intensity is an art, not a default. It requires thought, patience, and above all, the will to redline the engine when — and only when — the process demands it. And the rest of the time? Be cool. Control yourself. And control the influence of your social circumstance, social media, and your peers. If the path or solution was obvious you wouldn't be wondering what to do, or how. And it’s quite OK that you don’t know, especially if you want to learn.
