Surround yourself with people that are on the same frequency as you—or at least at a similar frequency. These are the people who are going to help you succeed, because valuable people do not hesitate to bring others up. As long as there is good will on both sides, the efficiency of your work is multiplied, and thus you can overcome many obstacles and grow together.
