Only the ego believes life is what happens. But life is what is.

Don’t confuse life situation with life itself.

Life is formless, stable, and cannot end. It holds all things. It animates form—but is not form.

Situations shift. Circumstances rise and fall. Emotions move like weather across the sky. What you call “life” is often just the temporary dance of form.

The ego clings to this dance. It identifies with the movement and calls it “me.” But what you are is the stillness in which the movement unfolds.

Life doesn’t begin. Life doesn’t end. Life simply is.

Let the forms change. Let the situations come and go. Don’t lose the unchanging in the changing.
