In the Moment photo challenge

I took the sunset picture last week on our visit to Florida. The dog and owner relaxing and watching the sunset from their boat was so beautiful to me. We were watching the sunset from the walkway along the St Lucie River. The next picture is a momma bird feeding her babies, then spreading her protective wings as we neared to snap a photo. They’re a little hard to see, as they are purposely camouflaged in the trees. It’s probably not the best photo, but we enjoyed the encounter. I’m not sure of the type of bird. This photo was also taken last week in Florida while walking our daily path. The last two pictures are of my dog Maya, taken a few weeks before we left for Florida. We often walk the beach with her. She has short little legs (corgi golden mix) and is not an agility dog! My daughter was trying to get her to jump over the piece of driftwood. She made it with much help and encouragement! Much like most of us, our best moments come with a little strength and inspiration from those we love.
