Hello Arielle Swedback
I am the publisher of Más Allá del PER, a Substack bestseller with more than $160,000 in revenue generated on your platform over the last ten months.
In approximately two months, my subscription renewals will begin, and unfortunately the issue I previously raised has still not been resolved.
My pricing model is €599 for new subscribers and €299 for renewals. However, Substack currently does not allow creators to offer renewal pricing that differs from the original subscription price.
As a result, I may have to manually create nearly 300 personalized renewal links and ask subscribers to create new accounts in order to access the renewal discount. This creates significant friction, increases administrative work, and will almost certainly lead to unnecessary customer churn.
I strongly believe that creators should have the ability to set a different renewal price from the initial subscription price. This would improve the experience for both publishers and subscribers while helping retain long-term customers on the platform.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider this limitation or provide a solution before the renewal period begins.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
I write here cause support is extremly bad
Best regards
