This is such a brilliant winter warmer. Lablebi - Tunisian chickpea soup / stew (depending on how thick you cook it down) - spiked with harissa and topped with tuna, capers and a boiled egg. From my new book MEDITERRANEA and on repeat in my household currently. It’s actually a hangover dish in Tunis but I’m leaning on it to get me through this cosy / exhausting postpartum period.
