The app for independent voices

Had a meaningful online launch party for Writing at the Wellspring today at Weirdosphere. Thank you to Dawn Hillman for bringing it off, and to Weirdosphere owner/founders JF Martel and Phil Ford for the venue and support. And for those of you who attended!

About thirty people joined as I read the introduction aloud and we talked about writing, creativity, the daemon muse, and what it means to live and create into the dark (without a preexisting plan). We also explored the tension between silence, spiritual awakening, and creative work.

The book officially publishes tomorrow (December 15), when ebook orders will be delivered. The print edition, though, has quietly gone live at Amazon a day early and is available now. It will also be available through all major retailers, including Barnes & Noble, Kobo, and Apple Books.

If any of this resonates, Writing at the Wellspring is now out in the world, and I’d be glad to have it find its way to you.

“[An] intimate journey into the mystery of creativity and spirit... Cardin weaves practical methods, personal stories, literary references, and mystical insights into a lyrical meditation on what it means to create from the depths of the soul... both deeply personal and universally resonant." — BookLife review (Publishers Weekly)
