Money is humanity’s most successful spell. Pieces of paper, numbers on screens that are able to command armies and raze forests. The low-resolution hippie rejection of money as evil points at something real. Money is evil to the degree that it reduces complex reality to an abstraction. Mammon is the name of that evil.
