Last week, I had a coaching call with a client.
He felt frustrated because he was jumping from one project to the next without finishing anything.
He’d start creating a course, then shift to another idea…
Then get excited about a new opportunity…
Only to end up spinning in circles and getting nowhere.
Here’s what I told him:
“Simpler businesses scale faster. Complexity kills momentum.”
The solution?
👉 Focus on ONE thing at a time—finish the high-ticket offer before creating more courses.
👉 Stop adding extra steps—emails > sales, no need for fancy landing pages.
👉 Use automation only after a system is already working, not before.
Success comes from execution, not over-planning.
If you feel like you’re drowning in unfinished ideas…
Cut the clutter. Simplify. And get one thing done first.
