Make money doing the work you believe in

The smartest executives I know who work with founders have figured one thing out: document how to work with them.

Not in a therapy-exercise way. A practical guide with communication preferences, what shuts them down, meeting habits/rhythms, what best leverages their genius zone, etc.

This document (literally a written down manual) becomes more valuable the longer you're there. What felt like unpredictable founder behavior in month three starts to make sense as an impact accelerator over time.
